1. Who is considered a grade exception player?
ANSWER
( Also See AAU Boys' Basketball

his coach. If that coach cannot
accommodate you then ask if he knows of other
coaches looking for players or
hosting try-outs.
The second step you should take is
to contact your local AAU Boys' Basketball

leads on tryouts or coaches looking for players.

just dial 1-800-AAU-4USA and you will be
connected to your local AAU
Association office.
The third step you should take to
locate a team is to visit
www.eteamz.com

from the left hand side, it will ask you to choose a
sport, click on Basketball. Then
on the left hand side under the icon WEBSITES click
on SITE FINDER. From there, scroll
down and click on Amateur Athletic Union. The
next page you get to will ask you
to choose a state and to enter you zip code. This
will give you a list of basketball
clubs to contact in your area.
The fourth step you should
consider is starting your own AAU basketball club.
Locate some other kids in your
son’s age group and begin developing your team.
After you talk with all the
parents involved, some will be able to either coach the
team themselves or find somebody
that could do it.
